Vet! Rashes can be caused by numerous different issues. Some even life threatening. As you stated in your comment your dog is uncomfortable, for this reason you cannot speculate with opinions that are not educated in the veterinarian field. None of us have much money right now as things are horrible and I appreciate that and understand that. Eastern Hills has one of the lowest examination fees especially on a first-time visit usually if they still do that, as well they will diagnose the issue. They also sell medications and if the medications are too expensive then you would have other options to have your prescription filled through chewy.com or other sources. The main thing is to get your pet comfortable as soon as possible and get a diagnosis. This could be something as simple as an allergic reaction to the grass or something in your home or something major. Please take your dog to the vet as soon as possible.
I am not a vet or vet tech nor do I work for eastern hills but, could be allergies. Try giving them one adult benadryl every 12 hrs and see if that helps. If it were fleas you would see them while combing through the hair. So most likely it's not fleas. But it could be a lot of things. Try the benadryl for a couple days and if that doesn't change it then Id suggest seeing a vet. Also buying the greenies pill pockets makes it really easy to give them the pills.
