Why was I denied the right to buy an article there? They said they couldn't sell it because there was not price tag on it. I did not remove the tag. There just wasn't one on it. I explained that I would pay whatever they said it cost. They refused.

It happens a lot. People pull off the price tag, or sometimes the staff neglects to write the price on the tag. They work fast when pricing. Anything I see without a tag, I take it to the cashier to put it back to be priced. Same goes for all the times people break into plastic bags and pull out what they want, leaving something nobody else can buy. Not all the customers are considerate, there or anywhere else. But the staff are efficient and friendly. I like the place.

It's just their policy. Their policies are posted on the wall and they are strict about them. Although in the situation it sucks, I respect them for staying true to their policies.
