No, this is a full price theater. Seats are really uncomfortable and dirty. Staff is friendly. But the place is in need of a remodel.

Tuesday's it's $6 per person and they have great prices I can go to the movie with my son get 2 tickets and a huge popcorn and 2 large drinks all refilled for just a little over 20 bucks
This location is not a dollar theater. The price is $6 for a single matinee ticket and it goes up after 4 PM I believe. This theater shows movies that were just released. The Reels that charge $2 show movies that were released months ago.
