We had to use them twice. They were more expensive but were able to get the job done sooner than any other company we contacted, and did a good job. They even fell through our ceiling causing massive damage while installing or water heater, and didn't even try to fight their mistakes and still charged us fairly.
Sir, this is google maps, not a help desk. I'm not sure what you expect beyond getting a chance to complain here, and by the sound of it he was charged for services...that's how that works. If you have an issue, call the company.
