I had a similar question. My best guess is that like another person said, it's to keep track of how many people have entered and exited. And while it probably seems counterproductive to funnel everybody through one entrance (one for going in and one for leaving) it may be to reduce traffic through other areas therebye reducing the areas requiring extra disinfection and reducing the areas with major traffic. Other than that I'm not exactly sure. Different times.
Agree it is to track the people coming in and out. They have floor placement to show the 6ft distance if there is a line. They are trying but hard in these times.
That is how they keep up with how many goes in and how many comes back because they only allow so many
