Like others have mentioned, it is better suited for ages 2-3 and up.
As the other have replied, Kangaroo Zoo is more geared for 4+ year olds. Your 18 month old can still have fun, though may grow envious of all the slides they can't do. Plus, often the other parents let their kids run unobserved, so your child may get wacked (inadvertently or not) by older kids running around.
They have a tiny merry-go-round and a couple of other small activities, but I'd say it's more suited for ages 2 and up due to the tall slides and bouncy houses.
