The Wharf doesn't purchase used clothing. There is a store called Buffalo Exchange on Main Street. Lower Main Street around the thrift store areas closer to the mission that does buy used clothing in exchange for cash.
They do not buy clothes from the public. There are many Thrift stores down the street and around the corner on Main street. They sell Pendletons. Yes they carry size XXL up to 3 or 4 x if I am not mistaken. Very nice place to shop.
