We enjoy our frequent visits to Sam's. The manager is approachable and kind. Sonya, Ed and the staff over at the food stand are specially nice. The management should keep an eye on the service desk. Is painful to see just ONE associate there. 🙄

Best place for large quantities need more cashiers. And don't agree with the self checkouts. If you are going to have self checkouts,then one needs to. Get a discount for doing the work of a cashier other wise one is just doing the work of a cashier for nothing and taking a job from someone that needs one. I don't believe that all the hoopla that they say they use the employee in other areas. Sam's needs to be more customer oriented

Employees are Great. They need more employees at check out and at the exit. Lines have been very long in these areas.
