The faciltiy is available to Chandler residents that pay for city-provided solid waste servie. Please bring a copy of your recent city utily bill and picture i.d. Dirt and rock are items that are weighed and charged to the rate payer's utility bill. There is also a limit of two truckloads of dirt per month. Material must come from the residence listed on the bill If you are not a Chandler solid waste ratepayer or material is coming from a business or non-profit you can take material to a private transfer station in the area. Yes they do. Most debris will be accepted, but may incur a fee by load or by ton.
