The $20 fee applies to only to Chandler multi-family (apartment, townhome, mobile home park) residents. Chandler residents that receive city-provided solid waste services would not pay for the disposal of a mattress and can even call to get it picked up at the curb through a bulk pick up. When I called they said they take mattresses for a $20 fee. I believe you also have to be a resident of Chandler.
