Unfortunately I've had a couple poor experiences with their service department both from a customer service standpoint as well as taking my truck in for recall work and getting it back with a check engine light on! I'm not going to take my truck back there which is unfortunate since it's convenient.
Robert, I have had my 2015 Dodge Durango from Texas Dodge for four years now. I work out of town and the experience that I've had with them in purchasing the vehicle as well as service department has been excellent. Whatever is going on with Texas Dodge at the moment it could be the person and not the dealership itself maybe they had a bad day. My advice only my device or my opinion if it counts is to contact the CEO of Texas Dodge dealership I hope you have success and solving your experience with them
