You trying to catch one of those three eyed fish from the Simpsons? I say go for it, there's no city officials or game wardens around to stop you anyway.
I've seen people fishing near the Sawyer bridge before. No clue why as there's a fair amount of debris and litter pulled out of the bayou around the same spot, but people definitely do it.
