There is a Panda restaurant which is also on Northern Lights that was in Anchorage prior to the Panda chain coming in. That restaurant delivers but Panda Express the chain does not. They ask for people to round up to the nearest dollar for the Childrens Hospital charity but I have never seen any of them accept tips.
I haven't tried their home delivery, so I cannot comment on their service. I just go there for take out, and I'm usually pleased with them and the food.😉
