Your guess is as good as mine... They literally have the worst customer service of any store i have been to.
I emailed and asked, but they haven't gotten back to me yet.
The customers are angry because they can't find anyone to help them hahahaha
Because most of their interaction is with angry customers wanting a refund on the foreign junk that they sell. It's like one big complaint department. And you already know the other reason, but you want somebody else to say it.
Low pay
It's the worst store. I drive by it to go to another Wal Mart
No ability to wash off a previous interaction and go into a new one fresh. It's probably not the greatest team environment; places with no community or purpose are just their for a paycheck, nothing else
