So I asked these folks if they're poboy bread came from new Orleans they say it was a secret anybody from new Orleans who sell cajun food will scream loudly bout they nobody bread. Ion trust this spot I give my mom eyes to black business

I'm from New Orleans but I live n Colorado now..... So I was in TX.... Visting family .....we stop here the food was great... I had to try there turkey necks and potato.... They were really good taste like home and was very tender😁 my family and I will be back thanks

Hi Katherine, to answer your question, . We used to get our bread from Ledenheimer when we first opened. But after several deliveries of old/stale bread, we decided to reach out to a bakery in Houston who freshly make the bread for us everyday. We’ve worked together to make the bread as close as possible to Ledenheimer’s. I hope that answers your question.
