Hi I come here almost every year for our birthday. However this will be the first time with a friend with accessibility issues. Is there an elevator that brings you upstairs and both bars at the spot?

No . Just stairs and ramps

No elevator for customers. There are 2 different ramps for accessibly.

Didn't notice an elevator. Only a ramp to access the first floor. The metal dividers at the ordering ststion might be an issue.

There is only one ramp for entry and exit. It's the main ramp everyone enters in. When leaving everyone e on that ramp will have to move to allow you to exit.
