Yes 10 is a basic wash and free vacuums and towels. A good membership starts at 20 and it is well worth it.
I think you can get a single wash for around $10. Then you can use their vacuums for free with other outdoor cleaning tools. I think they have a detail service if you want them to do it but the prices are totally different.
