Recreational is a county issue, all dispensaries in El Dorado country are medical only. I can tell you from personal experience Raf and schad are awesome employees there, they have the best quality product, service, and pricing in the valley, and ive been to recreational and non-rec all around the state. It's really easy, go to nuggmd, pay $40, and get a med card, and go see those guys they're awesome! Did I mention military discounts? Also, did I mention you can get the med card all over your smart phone, no fuss!
