Is it your policy to call the police and send them to the homes of people who have a bad experience at your store, to tell them they're banned and will be arrested if they return, including underage children?

Mike I DO understand how it works, no he didn't, and no it isn't. Not even close. If you actually think that's common, filing a complaint, like a civilized human being, and then having the POLICE called, to come TO YOUR HOUSE when NO CRIME was committed, just to try to harass and intimidate you, then you must shop at some really scary places. And if you think that is okay, then you sir, are part of the problem.
