The Southern Nevada Health District has birth/death certificates for people who were born in Clark County, Nev: https://www.southernnevadahealthdistrict.org/programs/vital-records/birth-certificates/. If you were born in Puerto Rico, we would not have that record. You would need to follow up the Puerto Rican vital records program(s).

You might to physically go down to ask them about that. I dont have an answer for that
