Damn why so many regulations.. if I get a fishing license does my son need one just to fish to.. i wanna catch and release why paid 40$ Plus Bait lures.. i dont want to eat or kill the fish. you can check my stuff for any fish when i leave

If your kid is under 12 he doesn't need a license.
