There is not a fenced-in area for dogs unless you count the children's play gym area, which you should not!
Most people just let their dogs off the leash and can trust them, if not it's beautiful to walk around. There normally are so many dogs there too.
There's not a specific fenced in area, but many dogs are at the park through out the day and evening.
