Are retired federal law enforcement officers with Department of Homeland Security eligible to be buried there?

It's a Park ,not a cemetery. It's to honor fallen Officers.

It's not a cemetery it's a park. There are markers to honor fallen officers.

I did not see any cemetery on my visit.

It is a park with a playground, tennis, skateboard park, pickleball, grassy area, baskeyball...etc.
