You can totally call in and place the order. They'll just ask for your name and what you want. It will be hot and ready when you arrive.
I've been going there for a year plus and never seen anyone walk in with a pick up so I don't believe they do.
I don't believe it's a normal thing for them to take phone orders, but you could try and it would show a need for something like that.
