What is your policy on returning Ariat boot ?I bought a pair of 5 inch work boots 2 or 3 months ago cant keep polish on them,and they are not water proof.After very little time in the rain my feet were wet,and paper insole was coming apart.

Artists are for the most part water resistant. If you want them water tight then you need to treat them Kiwi conditioning oil. the leather soaks it it in and waterproofs them. under $2.00
