I would call ahead and see what the wait time would be. Sunday brunch can be pretty busy but not sure if they accept reservations for Sunday. You can sample beers any time, they offer free tasters and you can order flights of beer to taste
We were there last Sunday and plenty of open tables.
You don't need reservations but calling ahead is always a good idea
