Do they charge MSRP for a custom order vehicle or are there additinal fees added besideds the required state fees and transport fee stated on the ford website. Basically do they add a surcharge above the MSRP?

The added a dealer fee on to the price of a used car I looked at. But all dealers do that from what I have seen.
