My family and I eat there often and have never had issues. The food is decent for the price. Honestly a hair in your food is a risk every time you eat anywhere. I'm sorry that you were unhappy with your experience and I do think they could have at least apologized to you as well. However, I would still recommend this restaurant to my friends.
You can find a hair in your food at home, if they are willing to take care of it I don't see the problem. Look anyplace can have a problem it wasn't like a rat was swimming in the gravy. If you never eat where someone found a hair at sometime then you will have to stop eating cause like I said you probably already found a hair at home and that's why you're eating out.
My dinner partner and myself showed our waitress the hair in the food,clearly cooked in the food. No apologies, no reimbursement, I was so ashamed I had choose Golden Coral as our dinner meeting.
Same sometimes good sometimes bad some servers can be questionable last time good food good server .good work 😊
Always a bit crowded when we go, but zero issues on the restaurant or the staff.
Depending on the shift that is on at time time of your visit to the quality of service and food that is serviced.
I've always had good experiences there all depends on what time of day and the cooks and helpers
