I use the Domino's app. It let's me know when the order is done, being delivered, or ready to pick up. Also tracks my free pizza reward points (which I've used). Love the new pizzas. Love the new location and drive up pick up service. No complaints here.
I've waited for a order, that was ready and put on shelf and not given to me. They acted like It was no big deal! Won't go back.
I would call the store and see if the order went through. I had the issue where once my order online said it didn't go through. I made a duplicate order at the other store and drivers from both stores showed up. Even though it showed up as not going through on my end it went through on theirs. This was when there were still two locations in Richmond. If your boss is still getting charged or did get charged I would definitely call the manager to find out what is going on. If you can't get some resolution at the store go to the corporate level because even if it is franchise they still have to answer to corporate at some point. I hope you get your food next time if you order again.
Problems with getting order correct. Advice see if there is a corporate ofc number to cl for complaints.
