I don't think they actually do repairs in store. Your best bet is to call and ask. These questions are answered by customers who have shopped there not the store itself.

No they don't but they will give advice.
The staff at this store is very helpful and accommodating. If they carry the belt I'm pretty sure they'll install it for you if you ask
