Yes, they do however have you jump through some hoops as in meetings, workshops and skill development classes. After all that they will provide a list of approved classes that they will pay all of the tuition to send you to once youve had some time to look it over and pick your top three. Then they will have you do some research to pick the class you want to go through then they will help you find a job after you finish the course you chose. It is a government funded program and they will give you one shot. They are very helpful and will work with you and your situation you just have to communicate with them and show them that you really want to improve your life.
Yes, they are helpful. You have computer access to like Indeed, Caljobs, CalCareers. You can print out your resume. As far as job training. You have to pass a placement test first to be eligible for training...and they can advise you with unemployment too. Hope this was helpful
