I don't think I could add much more than Terri but I did see a room for a venue that your describing.
I do not know all of the particulars. If a person is 21 then they are legal to consume alcohol. The winery is a very nice venue to hold a party. I am sure that they have a website.
D & O Wine Cellars has a private room that is for rent that can comfortably seat 40 people. We do not offer food but you are welcome to bring food in or have catered. We provide tables, chairs and linens, we do not provide plates, or utensils for food. A person can legally be served at 12:01 am on the day of their 21st birthday so yes they can be served. We do card anyone who looks under age. Give us a call at 412-458-0058 during normal business hours and we can get you more details and check the availability of the room.
