Yes they're open you need a mask. Went yesterday. They have a counter of how many people are inside. It's very thoughtfully and safely done
Yes! Now in Service Level 2 of a the library's phased reopening plan, the Main Library is open 10 am to 6 pm Mondays through Saturdays.
