Why don't aldi have a phone number you can call and talk to someone at your local store

This is directly from their website: I want to contact the store but can’t find a phone number. Why? A. At ALDI, we care about passing savings on to our customers through our streamlined staffing model. To support this, we do not have staff to answer store telephones. We typically have three to five employees in a store at any given time, and their focus is on serving customers.

I have no clue why they don't have a listed telephone # that can be called. They do not have a customer service desk. That may be thought answer

They are keeping prices low by eliminating phone service
