So I was having issues as well, what I do now is ONLY use the website, make a profile, then place an order ONCE. If you do it 2 times on purpose or accident , it will push you back from the queue. Delete the app that they told you to get, this is from a few workers . Yeah, at first they were rude, but it's much better now. The prices need to drop by half as we all know.
Called they said I have to wait. I am canceling my order I will get it off the streets before I wait 5 more days cause they dropped the ball the first time. What a joke. Employees are rude. For someone who has had a med card in a state other than this and had it when Colorado barely passes medical this is a joke. I will never return
