Hello, i am a concerned nighbor. I know of a good worker at motts who is a temp. He has been a temp for about 3 yrs. In other words, he is a great worker. Why can't they hire him. Maybe they are using him as a great temp only. That is nasty.

Most temps are only on for 6 months, then laid off for 6 months (per union contract). Has he applied for fulltime?

They have all of his maybe 6 applications

Yes, he has. They do have his application. They have offerred the job to others who are working along side of him. He has been there for more than 4 yrs!!!!
