Yes it is heated and indoors there are 2 bays one with a tub and one without for larger dogs. We are open daily 8 til 8 pm. Would recommend bringing a towel. Soap and water are provided. It is cash only 10. 00 for 12 minutes, then if you need more time you can add money as needed. Thank you, Anthony
