I just order a necklace and the date is 9-13-19. Now I am asking that can it be sooner. It is a gift for my daughter for her birthday, can it get here sooner?

I would say u most likely would get it sooner. Everything i have order from JC Pennys has came earlier than they say. So i hope urs comes early

I would contact the 800 number directly with your order # and see if there is anyway they can put a rush on it

I used to own a catalog store and often times things that were on back order which probably is the case here it will come sooner than the date promised. There's really not much you can do about it if it is on back order.
