I think Gimme! has one of the strictest safety practices of any coffee shop in town right now. It's takeout only, and customers remain outside and pick up their orders from a counter set up just inside the door. The doors remain closed unless employees are interacting with customers, much like a drive-thru restaurant without the cars. Only employees enter the building though, so I can't speak to their internal practices.
We are currently operating a takeout only model - there is no indoor dining. Our staff take orders via sliding windows so that they are separated from customers. Inside the cafe, we follow our business safety plan. We have defined stations for each barista so that baristas can stay six feet apart, we follow a sanitizing checklist, we wear gloves and masks, and we operate true HEPA filters to increase airflow.
