Is it true that membership is currently $5 per month? Any age restrictions?

They have many specials. 5.00 would probably be limited time, and not the full black card membership. I pay 20.00 a month for a black card. Regular is usually 10.00 but does not include tan and massage room

I believe the required minimum age is either 12 or 13. Memberships start at around $10/month.
