You can go in or call that would be extra help you are signing up for they may give you a number to call to see if you qualify
I agree with Sheronica about calling first. 1. To see if you qualify (could save you a trip if you don't, and they might just do it over the phone or tell you how to do it online) Only do it online if you have your own computer. The library computers are using wifi and are not secure for you to share any personal info for S.S. or shopping. 2. If you have to go in, I would make an appointment. That way, if they happen to be crowded, you won't have to wait so long. Good luck. 😊
