Hi I bought a new Oreck steam cleaner from your store in May of 2017. Love it... Now it is not sucking water into the disposal tank. What can I expect to pay for you to take a look at it? Thank you.

Estimates are always free under all circumstances. However, if the shampooer is only 3 years old it is likely under warranty and would not likely incur a repair cost any way. Bring it in and we will be happy to look at it and look at the sales history

Great! Actually, I called up my credit card company I used to purchase the cleaner and can provide an exact date of purchase, though I have misplaced the original receipt. I will see you Friday... can't get in before then but I will be taking the day off anyway. Thank you!
