Currently the Cafe hours are every day 6:30 a.m. - Midnight (*Individual Station hours may change). Also there are vending machines with snacks, drinks, smoothie maker, and to-go food items always available near the bathrooms/tray return!
I don't know cafeteria hours, but it has been open when I go in the morning and when I go in the late afternoon.
