Why did my ticket in the balcony row A seat 2 show CENTER as the section? It was confusing as the doors are marked LEFT and RIGHT. We went to 1 side, & the usher told us to go to the other in error. Very expensive for mediocre Dorrance Dance.

Carolyn, we're so sorry that you were disappointed with the Dorrance Dance performance. All of our balcony seats are marked "center" as the section because there is a single block of seating in the balcony. We do try to put signage in the lobby that designates the sides for seat numbers, but perhaps we missed getting the sign in an easy-to-find place for that show. We'll check and make sure we have information readily visible in the future!
