Yes, they have have a nice brass section. Small but they have trumpets, etc.

I don't recall seeing used instruments for sale; however, I would call them as they may know who would have what you want. They have been a good resource for me.
No, they have decent brass repair, but they don't have a large selection of consignment horns. They are mostly a rental place for students.
