After the runaround for 2 days they gave me another name and # to call so i went to my bank a disputed the charge totally unsatisfied with their customer service and the charge is still on my account i wont recommend or shop here again
Did you speak with a manager? Yes that is the hard way of doing that
I have never had such a problem with them. Every once in a while there may be an error on a bill, but I always mention it right then and there and it has never not been straightened out to my satisfaction.
