Do u sue hospitals?

My husband went to the hospital and get the CORONA shot. And the nurse use the same needle that she use on the patient before him. Now they have him taken pills for HIV and he have to take a shot for HEPATITIS . And he already on enough medication because he had a stroke in 2015

I agree they took my case in December and dropped me now it was wrongful death against a hospital PROVIDENCE HOSPITAL IN SOUTHFIELD they killed my husband sent me a letter saying it was not cost effective to go any farther they are afraid of the hospital lawyers or they are in cahoots with them very disappointed with them !
