Initially ordered carpeting March 25th - waited four days for a measurement and was told we'd be called immediately and 72 hours til install -- well........still waiting......wondering if I can get my deposit of $51 back?

Call the store & ask for flooring dept..... You'd be surprised Q & A's are read from the store but if you have a complaint you should call the store. Complaints are usually handled by phone or in the store....
