If the car is titled in your name and they run the plates and determine its you driving then they have probable cause to believe its you driving with out a license

No. They can't run your plates without probable cause. Royal oak tickets for backing into a spot because they use plate scanners. I of course back in. Watched a cop get out of his cruiser at Emagine, write down my plate, run it, then give me a ticket for improper parking. Lucky i was in Detroit Taco filming. Went to court to contest the ticket in the prosecutor dropped it before I could even go in front of the judge. There was no way he was going to let me contest that in court. The reality though is the cop will simply say you changed lanes without a blinker or you were going 1 mile over the speed limit. Dash cams are very helpful in these cases. I've purchased a fairly inexpensive one on eBay and pulled over twice since getting it. I didn't get a ticket either time. Officer asked if it was a radar detector I explained it was a forward and backwards dashcam they checked my information and let me go.
