Just had nest installed and trying to set thermostats at 65 from 72. Is there another step after setting them? Last time I tried it reverted back to 72.

There should be a Customer Service number on the packaging or withing your instructions and factory warranty. They will assist you with your installation & troubleshooting. I'm sorry I can't be of any assistance to you. I don't have any nest products at this time.
